Return Policy

● If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
After 14 days past, We won’t be able to accept the item.
Also, please refrain from returning or exchanging items of 8 Euro or less.

● As a general rule, the exchange of sizes and products can be limited to one time per order.

● Please return the equipments (tag, spare button, other accessories, etc.) that was attached to the product as it was sent.

● Depending on the condition of the returned product, we may have to refuse an exchange.

● If we are not responsible for the return or exchange of goods, all freight costs will be borne by the customer.
We will refund the cost of the original item after we confirm that the item has no scratches or stains.
In this case, please note that we will deduct the shipping cost and transfer fee when the product is delivered to the customer.
