What is Samue ? :

Samue is a type of traditional work wear in Japan. They were originally worn by Zen Buddhist monks then widely adapted by people to work in the field or many other occasions. Nowadays, Samue is a very common unisex uniform in the traditional restaurants, bars, bistros, and Ryokan-hotels in Japan.
Usually Samue is a set of a top and a pants or a wrap skirt to make a kimono-style look.
To compare with complicity to wear Kimono, Samue is very easy to wear and easy to maintenance, and great to move around to work in a busy day.
You can wear only a Samue top and coordinate with jeans or western style pants, shoes.
